Envrio Coaching was founded by experienced mental health professionals who saw a growing need for specialized support for children and families. Over the years, we have helped hundreds of clients overcome anxiety and depression, both in-person and online. Our team is passionate about making mental health support easier to access and understand.
We stand apart with our holistic approach, blending EMDR and CBT therapies to create a unique path to healing for every client. In addition to therapy, we offer comprehensive ADHD testing for students and a growing library of digital resources to support well-being at home. Every service we provide is informed by evidence-based practices and guided by the belief that every family deserves support tailored to their needs.

My Story
Growing up in a large single-parent home and residing in some of the most disadvantaged communities in New York City, I know first-hand how challenging it can be to stay focused while navigating the complexities of achieving your dreams while managing life demands.
